first week

Posted in Uncategorized on September 8, 2007 by Syma

done and dealt with.
made a few aqquaintances. There are some people I would like to try and get to know better soon, I’ll try and do that next week. Sometimes I can be sociable, on the spur of the moment, but I can’t really plan and do it. Which sort of sucks.

Meeting up my brother on monday as well, which will be cool.

I hate fighting with my dad.
But he is such a control freak, sometimes I feel like I need to.
In order to keep myself.

Camping was fun

Now it’s done.

I’m in a remixxy mood lately. Listening to a lot of mashups too. The thing about a good mashup is that when you listen to one of the songs in it, you’ll instantly love the other, even if you didn’t before.
Example: Don’t Hang Me Up to Dream – Crowded House vs Cold War Kids.
I wasn’t too fond of the Cold War Kids track Hang Me Up to Dry, now I love it, after hearing it mashed up with the Crowded House mega-hit Don’t Dream It’s Over

School starts in two days. Wedding tomorrow, then I’m officially in college on Tuesday. Gotta buy textbooks, bus pass, and other little things here and there. I’m not particularly excited about going, but it’s better than sitting at home doing nothing like I did this last year point five. Plus this is just a catalyst, it will allow me to accomplish all the things I want to. All I need to do is keep this in mind, and I’ll be fine.

I will try updating the blog more often. (not like anyone reads it, but it’s still nice to have a record somewhere)
